  • Will the app be available on Setapp?

Yes, Desktop Composer is planned to be available on Setapp after the public beta phase.

No. Due to App Store restrictions, it’s not possible to change all system and app appearance settings from a sandboxed app.

  • How much will it cost?

The final price hasn’t been decided yet, but it will be in the range of $7–$20 (one-time payment).

  • Will Desktop Composer support more apps in the future?

Yes, we're going to add more apps. If you have any particular app that supports themes, let us know.

  • Will all features always work in the future?

Desktop Composer depends on how macOS and third-party applications handle appearance settings. Because these systems and apps may change over time, we can’t guarantee that every feature will always continue to work as expected. Therefor, we cannot be responsible for functionality affected by future updates of macOS or other developers’ software.
